Doodle card + Sizzix post

Ola !! I have a quick fun card to share with you. 

Its a card i made recently using some new sizzix dies 

that are absolutely fun !

Take a peak !

 I distressed some clouds for the background.  
I hand cut the blue clouds and used the same as a stencil to create the clouded background.  
What do u think of the two dimensional clouds ? 
:) cool eh ? 

The tree is a die cut from  Sizzix Bigz Die - Tree & Heart

This is kinda fun :) 

I distressed the whole tree and its bark with distress ink pads 

The hearts are cut in red card stock. 
Do u notice the clear rhinestone ? 
Hearts are in the air too :) 

There goes some doodling for the cliff , its a mailer envelope again cut by hand for the cliff :)

Sentiment is a diecut with  Sizzix Sizzlits Decorative Strip Alphabet Die - Cute as a Button 

and the word Love cut with Sizzix Sizzlits Die Set 3PK - Card Phrases Set #2 

This was fun 20 mins card that i cooked up. 

It would be done sooner if not for all the doodling :) and on the spot cutting :)

61st birthday card

Hi guys , i know this is my second post of the day , 

couldn't help it :)

I am sharing another card with you that i made on order yesterday. 

I was quite inspired by the color scheme at 

The Play Date Cafe

Bubblegum ... Tangerine ... Pear

I have never worked with this scheme before so i enjoyed making it. 

Here is what i made

I wanted to add a bit to twist to it with the black and the purple. 

I was out of black paper so i hand painted the WHIMSY CIRCLE Craft DIE

The lilies are the ones i bought from malli :) god bless her :) have been looking 

for these for a while . 

I love the papers by  Echo Park EVERYDAY ECLECTIC 

they have these gorgeous papers with a few plains too. 

I have stamped the vintage looking paper with Prima Clear Stamps 4x6 CANTARIA

 Love the way it came out .

Back to school - BGC#19 + sizzix post

Hi peeps ! its already our 19th challenge @ Beyond Grey

and it gives me a lot of happiness that you all have shown us so much love :) 

So then i will get down to the next challenge :) 

time for us to make a SCHOOL theme card or a LO

I love this card die by sizzix it just cuts out the cards so perfectly! Its the

  Sizzix Bigz XL Die - Card Fronts, Notched & Beveled

its got two beautiful designs that makes card cutting a breeze !

Every one should have one of these :)  

 I love the American Crafts Dear Lizzy NEOPOLITAN 6 x 6 Paper Pad

that i got frm PPS dubai , oh well its got the perfect papers for a school theme. 

Dictionary , stripes, a pink graph pattern and crosswords :) 

I have used my alphabet stencil and spray painted it the traditional way - using a toothbrush 

like we used to do in school :) its a good exercise !

I simply adore the image , dont u ? 

 

 I have used Spellbinders FLORAL OVALS,
for the oval die cut and some local eflute paper for the banner.

Memories in my heart !

Hi everyone ! hope u are having a g8 weekend !

Today i want to share with u another amazing sizzix die and embossing folder !

  Sizzix Bigz XL Die - Card, Heart Scallop

is a simple solution to making some beautiful and quick scalloped heart cards.

 We can also use the coordinating embossing folder with this one , 

which is absolutely gorgeous !

The folder i have used is -

Sizzix Textured Impressions Embossing Folders 3PK - Scallop Heart Doily Set

I totally enjoyed doing this it took me like 10 mins to finish the card !

the sentiment is by we are memory keepers mini sentiment set.

Floral hanging

Hi everyone

I had created this dimensional floral hanging recently. 

 

Well what do u think ? 

 I have used some green tulle for the bow, 

with some big sparkely lavender pollens at the back

I have used the Sizzix Bigz Die - Corners, Flourish   with the pollens.

 Flowers are a local buy , I have used MFT leafy flourish die with the flowers.

 The Dragon fly is a die cut with Magnolia dies. 

And the chipboard cage is by Itsy Bitsy !

 The bird is a local buy and all this rests on a wire ! :)

Okay hopping on to what i made 

 A birthday card , with lots of flowers !
I totally enjoy making anything with flowers :) 
I basically chose to go with the melons part , I did have 2-3 ideas on this picture 
with all different elements but somehow this seemed much more apt. 
I have used the Memory Box PRIM POPPY Craft DIE for the flowers

Dont u lovee the kissed effect ? I do !
