Baby boy - Easel card

Hello Folks!
Im back with another card to share !
Love all the new images i found at Mo's !
Its so much fun to color them.
This time i have a baby boy card.

The image is colored using watercolors on prima watercolor paper.
I have used Prima Seashore paper over my card base.

The Layout of embellishments is kept simple.

And that's how the back of the card looks.
The trick is to stick your pattern paper on your card base first and then die cut half the die.
Love how it turned out.
That's how the card closes.
I have used Dimensional tape to lift my elements off the BG.
Hope that you enjoyed my post !
See ya soon !

Pop up box card - Moving together

Hello friends !!!
today I have a pop up box to share with you all.
This one was made on order for a couple who had moved in together .
So here is my card

These pop up box cards are really a rage right now in the crafting community.
And so far I feel that people love the surprise of everything popping out like this.
I don’t know who invented this genius card type but hats off to that person!

I added all my elements according to the theme.
I hand colored the main image of this lovely light house and house by the beach.
Hand colored the lips with Promarkers and then added some glossy accents to make it look shiny.
The mustache and the clock they are cut with Sizzix-thinlits-die-set-top-hats-mustaches
Here are some close ups

And here is my sentiment
Which is printed and then cut out in a circle J
I have used a spellbinders die under it for the ornate effect.
I have my full post on the same card at Itsy bitsy blog if you would like to check it out !

Thanks!!!
Happy holidays!

Pop- up box card

Hey guys !
I am so excited to share with you my first try at the pop-up box card type.
For everyone who loves CAS this may seem too full ! But i think its ok for the first time.
I was inspired by Nikita to try this fold , I have been quite lazy with folds lately and i thought i should give it a go. Just to clarify i didnt use any template or tutorials to make this.
Its fairly simple if you think about it for a minitue.

The image you see here is Jessica by crafter's companion.
Love the whole Angelica and Friends line there are a lot of stamps to pick!
I really love the summery feel this Stamp has ! :) I added some florish and flowers to create more layers for the summer theme.
I colored the image with promarkers , I still need a bit more practice with them i guess.

This is how the card closes and the best part  it goes into a standard envelop !
Quite happy with the size.
Another look of the card :)
Hope that u like it , i think i will be doing more of these .
Thanks for dropping by !
