Sizzix Challenge and CANDY

Hope you are all well.there is something exciting that we are doing on the Sizzix.co.uk website over the next 5 weeks - our Designer Christmas Challenge!

In week 1, Pete Hughes, Karine Cazenave-Tapie and Anna Dabrowska have all created wonderful tree decorations. 

Visitors to the website get to vote for their favourite to receive the project instructions.

 By voting, in the first week only, they are also entered into a competition to

 win a Big Shot and Framelits Die Set 7PK w/Stamps - Mittens & Snow Globe by Stephanie Barnard (658209)!

In following weeks, Pete, Karine and Anna will be joined by Celine Navarro and Loredana Bucaria in a challenge to create the best Christmas Card, Christmas Gift Tag, Home Décor item and a Gift bag/box.

BGC#20 - Stitch it + sizzix post

Hello friends ! 

We are playing an interesting challenge at Beyond Grey Challenges

well all you have to do is add some Stitching to your 

Card or Layout.

 So here is what i made. I had so much fun creating this :) 

For the card base i have used  Sizzix Bigz XL Die - Card Fronts, Notched &Beveled
How i enjoy cutting cards with this die !
 its got 2 designs that give u beautiful cuts , no need of using your trimmer , or scissors
That a g8 die to use. I made it a standing card but one can use it both ways.   
The sentiment is stamped with inkadinakado sentiments.

 I have added some hand done running stitch to the card using a yellow silk thread
 and some faux stitch too.

The flowers are die cut with memory box dies.
I inked the flowers first , and then added crackle accents on top.
Love the effect it gives :)

Doodle card + Sizzix post

Ola !! I have a quick fun card to share with you. 

Its a card i made recently using some new sizzix dies 

that are absolutely fun !

Take a peak !

 I distressed some clouds for the background.  
I hand cut the blue clouds and used the same as a stencil to create the clouded background.  
What do u think of the two dimensional clouds ? 
:) cool eh ? 

The tree is a die cut from  Sizzix Bigz Die - Tree & Heart

This is kinda fun :) 

I distressed the whole tree and its bark with distress ink pads 

The hearts are cut in red card stock. 
Do u notice the clear rhinestone ? 
Hearts are in the air too :) 

There goes some doodling for the cliff , its a mailer envelope again cut by hand for the cliff :)

Sentiment is a diecut with  Sizzix Sizzlits Decorative Strip Alphabet Die - Cute as a Button 

and the word Love cut with Sizzix Sizzlits Die Set 3PK - Card Phrases Set #2 

This was fun 20 mins card that i cooked up. 

It would be done sooner if not for all the doodling :) and on the spot cutting :)
