New year + Tag

Hello fellas ! :) 

Its amazing how the year has sped by :) 

I have been super busy at home with so much do around me, 

but i had to find time to post this :) 

we over at Beyond Grey Challenges

are playing our last challenge of the year 

which is

A Tagged New Year !!

 Oh yes ! its time to celebrate new year with a TAG 
So all you have to do is 
Make a "New Year" themed "Tag"
Or
Use a "Tag" on your "New Year" themed card or a layout
Simple ?

So now here is my inspiration 

I made a set of tags !

 

 well what do u think ? 

I wanted something vintage but bright ! so i went with this . 

The dies i have used here are 

Memory Box DISTRESSED TAG Craft DIE 

For the tag . 

Sizzix Embosslits Die - Jeweled Tassel for the embossed and cut damask you see 

below, this die series is amazing ! they emboss and cut your designs at the same time . 

It is totally a treat to have these , they come in 3 sizes Small (the one i have used here) 

Medium and Larger Embosslits. 

The sentiment is written a oval shaped die cut 

with Sizzix Embosslits XL Die - Labels & Bow

and that has been adhered to the red

Spellbinders FLORAL OVALS Nestabilities Die

Also i have used a tiny tag with the 2013 written on it

thats cut with

Sizzix Sizzlits Die Set 3PK - Love Set 

I have used  Tsukineko Memento Ink Pad POTTER'S CLAY,   LADY BUG Red 

and DISTRESS INK PAD BARN DOOR Red 

 for distressing and stamping

 

Added some tulle ribbon with hat pins and a feather to finish the whole tag.
